Standard Processing & Shipping
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
For same-day shipment, orders must be placed by 12:30 PM EST.
We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Any orders placed on weekends — including overnight orders — will ship the next business day.
Shipping is handled via FedEx, DHL, or USPS, with estimated delivery times of:
3–5 business days for the East Coast
4–7 business days for the West Coast
The total fulfillment timeline (processing + shipping) will not exceed 14 business days.
Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier, package weight, destination, and selected delivery speed. All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout prior to completing purchase.

Holiday Delays
During U.S. federal holidays, shipping carriers and warehouse operations may experience delays.
Please expect slower processing and delivery times during these periods.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure all shipping and email addresses are correct at checkout, including abbreviations, street numbers, apartment/building numbers, and routing details.

Receiving Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
In rare cases, mistakes or delays can occur. If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

- Ensure the product remains in its original, natural state and packaging
We strongly encourage customers to inspect items before installation or alteration — including verifying the length, texture, and color.
Do not alter wigs or remove zip ties from bundles prior to inspection.
