- When will I receive a tracking number?
Customers will NOT receive a tracking number immediately after purchasing. It Girl Hairtique products will take 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email addressed to the handle used at checkout. After receiving a tracking number, estimated arrival time is 3-5 business days. All orders placed after 5:00 pm EST are considered placed the next business day.
- What if I need my order by a specific date?
We strongly recommended placing your order well in advance if you have a specific deadline. This helps account for any unexpected delays that may be beyond our control. Please note that returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be issued if your items do not arrive by your desired date.
- What if there’s courier delays?
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. We entrust FedEx, DHL or USPS to deliver your package on time. - Can I make changes to my order?

- What is raw hair?
Raw hair is 100% natural human hair that has not been chemically processed and is collected from a single donor which is the purest form
- Can I bleach raw hair?
Yes! You can bleach up to 613.
- Can I color “Virgin” or “Raw” hair?
Both Virgin and Raw hair is 100% human hair that has not been processed in anyway. You can color the hair, however once the hair is treated in any way, be sure to keep processed or color treated hair conditioned and moisturized.
8. How much hair do I need for bundles?
For a full sew-in weave Virgin or Raw human, you'll typically need around 8 to 10 ounces of hair. We recommend purchasing 3 bundles for lengths between 14" and 18", and 4 bundles for lengths 20" or longer. Each bundle weighs approximately 3.5 ounces. Keep in mind that since hair is sold by weight, longer hair will have shorter wefts.
9. How do I determine the right wig size for me?
To ensure a comfortable and secure fit, we recommend measuring your head circumference. The available wig sizes are: Small (21.5"), Medium (22.5"), and Large (23.5"). Additionally, each wig features adjustable straps inside the cap to accommodate various head sizes.
10. How long does this hair last?
With proper care, this hair can last a long time and can be reused multiple times. Our customers typically use virgin hair for 1-2 years and raw hair for 3-5 years.
11. Maintenance instructions for all textures:
- Shampoo at least once a week using a shampoo with a pH no higher than 7.
- Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Apply conditioner and comb through gently with a wide-tooth comb, starting from the ends and working your way up towards the top of the extensions.
- Let the hair air dry.
12. Daily maintenance:
- Use styling products minimally to avoid build up
- For wavy and curly textures, use a spray bottle of water for a natural look.
- For a "wet" look, we recommend using a leave-in conditioner mixed with water.
- Avoid alcohol-based products, as they can dry out your hair and damage your investment!
- Comb through gently with a wide-tooth comb, starting at the ends and working your way up towards the top of the extensions.
- Scrunch the hair gently to redefine curls.
- Let the hair air dry.
- Style as desired.
