It Girl Hairtique LLC does not issue refunds. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy below for full requirements and instructions on how to request a store credit or exchange.

Klarna-only Exceptions

For orders placed using Klarna, please note the following exceptions in compliance with Klarna's policies:

  • Klarna purchases are eligible for refunds only, not store credit or exchanges.
  • No restocking fees will be applied to Klarna purchases.
  • If your Klarna order qualifies for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your items.

Returns

At It Girl Hairtique LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality luxury hair products. All hair undergoes a thorough inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and consistency.

Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns, and the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. If approved, store credit will be issued once the item has been physically received and inspected.

We do not issue refunds, and store credit is generally offered for eligible returns.

Important:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and with the original seal intact.
  • If the product has been opened, used, installed, or tampered with in any way, it is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Merchandise must be physically returned to us before any store credit is issued.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exchanges

Exchanges are only permitted in the case of a defective item. If an exchange is approved, the item will be replaced with the exact product originally ordered — no substitutions will be made.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your exchange or store credit.

Please note:
Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used. We adhere to strict policies regarding federal law, health standards, and hygiene regulations.
If the item is removed from the bundle and used in any visible manner, or if the product has been opened or tampered with, all exchange policies are voided.
The hair must remain in the bundle and not be untied at the top.
